Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policys days depending on location. Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Please be aware of the scheduled delivery information, as the date, and location of your delivery cannot be changed once it leaves our store. It is ones responsibility to be present when your shipment arrives.
We ship within the United States and Internationally as long as it agrees with international law. We charge a standard shipping fee for ground depending on use of Fedex or UPS service. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the state of Florida unless website user agrees not to consume, distribute or resale in the state of Florida as per our terms and conditions.
Orders are generally processed within 48-72 hours and actual delivery times may be between 7 to 10 business days.
An adult signature is required in order to accept an order containing alcohol. An ID may be requested upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order.
We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO box offices.
Additionally please allow 3-5 business days maximum for shipping unless the order is backordered, pre sale, or we have specified otherwise. Due to our extreme low prices, there is a min 10.00 handling fee on all free shipments for shipping material with 3.00 per 100.00 for shipping insurance. Shipping will be credited once purchased.
Our goal is that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our store at 786-292-2328 for specific instructions on exchanging your product.
(YourWineCellars.com) and/or its associate and affiliates cannot be held responsible for wine damaged by a shipper or inappropriate storage/handling on the part of the shipper. We reserve the right to refuse sales if we deem it to be inappropriate and/or unsafe. We cannot be responsible for damage to wine (including leakage or damaged corks) shipped to you. We recommend for all clients to get insurance on their package. Any order cancellation must be done in 48hrs or less. Unless it is a preorder then there is a 10% charge for processing and cancellation. Otherwise there is a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions! There are no refunds on special order if customer has canceled customers forfeits all funds due to penalties and effort involved. Finally for all full refund for any shipping or order errors on our part, we must have all products back in our possession within 7 days before refund is issued. All items must be shipped back within 24hrs of receipt otherwise we can not accept shipment and sale is final with not refund.
