Shipping Policy
 
We ship within the United States and Internationally as long as it agrees with international law, charge a standard shipping fee for ground depending on use of Fedex or UPS service. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the state of Florida as of right now.
 
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48-72 hours unless on backorder, and actual delivery times may be between 3 to 7 business days depending on location. Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Please be aware of the scheduled delivery information, as the date, and location of your delivery cannot be changed once it leaves our store. It is your responsibility to be present when your shipment arrives.
 
An adult signature is required in order to accept an order containing alcohol. An ID will be requested upon delivery, to ensure the receiver is over 21. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order.
 
We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO box offices.

We are not able to ship to Florida unless a waiver is signed.  Additionally please allow 3-5 business days maximum  for shipping unless the order is backordered, presale, or we have specified otherwise.  Free shipping for case of 550.00 or more, and single bottles of 150.00 or more. Due to our extreme low prices, there will be a 10.00 handling fee on all free shipments for shipping material with 1.00 per 100.00 for shipping insurance. Shipping will be credited once purchased.

Return/Exchange Policy
 
Our goal is that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our store at (951) 878-9463 for specific instructions on exchanging your product.
 
Your Wine Cellar Online LLC cannot be held responsible for wine damaged by a shipper or inappropriate storage/handling on the part of the shipper. We reserve the right to refuse sales if we deem it to be inappropriate and/or unsafe. We cannot be responsible for damage to wine (including leakage or damaged corks) shipped to you. We recommend for all clients to get insurance on their package. Any order cancellation must be done in 48hrs or less. Unless it is a preorder then there is a 10% charge for processing and cancellation. Otherwise there is a 20% restocking fee. No exceptions! Finally for all full refund for any shipping or order errors on our part, we must have all products back in our possession before refund is issued.
